Actuated Laser Shutter

The main laser shutter for aircraft safety, etc. will be the shutter built into the laser box already. By shutting the laser off here, the laser can continue to operate in thermal stability, but we are guaranteed that no light comes out (provided the shutter itself is reliable. Below is a picture of the sutter as it exists now. The shutter could be actuated by pushing/pulling on the slider bar, or some modified version of this. We can also modify the insides of the slider to spring it closed as its default. The actuation could be pneumatic (compressed air) or electrical (solenoid), and can mount on the laser box wall.
