There are two data sets in here since we think our measurements were
thrown off during the first trial.  We kept seeing large fluctuations in
the outside temp even before we turned on the fan.  It seemed like more
than what should be caused by just air moving around the room.

So we started over, moving it to the other room, and let it sit for 80min
in order to reach equilibrium before starting to measure again.  The
second data includes everything measured after we move it
