23. For part b, describe the general qualities of the orbit. Is it bounded? periodic? Does r oscillate, etc.

27. Trickiest part may be deciding which sign the angle δ should acquire. A bit of doodling given the initial angle may convince you which side of the x-axis the perihelion must be. Also note that the units given for G are wrong. They are N·m²/kg², or m³/kg/s².

28. Can either approach just from the radial equation or from an energy point of view comparing the parabolic energy (and implied kinetic energy) with that of a circular orbit.

34. No need to use the mathematical developments in section 8.8: just the concept of what an elliptical transfer looks like and relations from esrlier in the chapter.
